We want you to love your new simplified skincare routine as much as we do. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund within 15 days of purchase. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition - we reserve the right to refuse refund if a product is returned damaged or heavily used. A $50 administration fee will apply to all returns. This fee is used to offset the carbon footprint generated with the return and for the responsible disposal of the products. This fee will be automatically deducted from the reimbursement.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs including duties if applicable. Please note that any original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. Please refer to the return instruction for our preferred shipping partners if you choose to do so.
We will issue your refund within 7 business days of receiving your return. You will be notified via e-mail once the refund has been processed. The refunded amount should be available on your original method of payment within 10-14 business days, depending on your payment method.
We will replace your product if they are defective or damaged. If you received damaged or defective product, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days of receiving your product. Once the email is sent, we will respond to your request with the instruction within 3 business days. Please note that we will only exchange products that are unused and/or unopened. We will cover all return shipping costs, please refer to the shipping instruction on the email to process the exchange.
